Pork from the farm to your freezer

One of the services we offer are half or full shares in the pigs we raise. Given that it takes us about a year from birth to when they are ready for you, it allows plenty of time to prepare payment - and space in your freezer!

Unlike some other services, we take care of everything for you, including the butchering process. You are delivered vacuum sealed, bone in pork chops, ribs, bacon, and so much more.

Many places will charge by the hanging weight: it’s what the butcher charges to the farmer, after all. But hanging weight isn’t the final weight delivered to you. Usually, there is a twenty percent difference as organs and other parts are removed from the pig.

What we charge, instead, is the final processed weight. The actual pounds of food delivered to your refrigerator is what you are charged. Nothing more. We feel it’s the most equitable solution, and takes the guess work out of it for you!
